I still pay some attention to the Olympics but obviously enjoyed them a lot more when I had vision. Anyone else have an opinion?

I've been watching them a lot, though some sports are kind of hard to follow when you can't see, like gymnastics. I like track and field, swimming, and lately I've been watching a lot of volleyball, though I still don't understand it. The anouncers usually do a good job explaining things. And for some reason, I really enjoy figure skating at the Winter Games.

oooo I love the olympics. I can;'t see at all, and I've always watched them, summer and winter. I give those anouncers credit, they really do give a good job with the visual aspect of them thank goodness for that! Anyway UI think my fave sports are track and feild, swimming, diving and the road races. I watch a bit of baseball, but I don't get much from that. I only ha e oe more thing to say, go canada!

And the Dominican Republic beat us in volleyball. A lot of people here in New York were really happy.

They don't have much pull for me anymore, for the obvious reason. So I haven't watched athens and didn't watch sydney. if I would study up on the athletes i'm sure i could get into it more but so far I haven't done so, even for judo which I love I've only red up a little about some of the american people- go jimmy pedro, he won his second bronze, only american to win a metal in the olympics, scott more got gold in the paralympics though in sydney, I think.
But we turned it on friday, and you know what I got to watch? trampalene, that's right, jumping on a trampalene is a god dam olympic sport, I was blown away by this information, I guess it daybued in sydney. it was the most bizarre thing I have ever listened to, sports-wise that is.
What is she doing here bob? is this her routine? wel, it appearsthat she is just warming up, getting a feel for the trampalene, trying to make it her friend, because when you're jumping on a trampalene you want to be friends with it, you don't want to be jumping on an angry tramp. there she goes, thump, woosh, wow, look at that height! amazing. they did flip while on the tramp, but just barely, it's not like they were going up 20 feet and doing amazing acrobatics up there, they jumped, went up high did a little flip and it seemed like the main concern was staying close to the x and landing good, absolutely awful.
